Q: Do I have to be a Seventh-day Adventist to attend Greaves Adventist Academy ("GAA")?

A: No, you do not have to be a Seventh-day Adventist to attend Greaves Adventist Academy. We encourage GAA to function as an inclusive school family.

Q: If I am from another denomination, does my child have to attend religious instruction?

A: Yes, religious instruction is required as it is the reason we exist.

Q: If I complete an application form does it guarantee my child's registration?

A: No, the application fee is part of the process to determine whether or not we are able to provide educational services according to your child's needs.

Q: Can I get my application fee back if my child is not accepted to be registered?

A: No, unfortunately our application fee is non-refundable.

Q: What level of English does my child need in order to register?

A: At the kindergarten level, the level of English required can be minimal.  In other grade levels it is important that your child enters our school with an adequate level of English.

Q: What if my child does not speak English?

A: A basic level of English really helps prior to registering at Greaves.  If your child does not yet know any English, you may need to seek some additional instruction for him/her.

Q: What is the student enrollment number at Greaves?

A: Over the past few years our school enrollment has ranged between 250-275 students.
